WEB ORDERS:
Our goal is to ship all non pre-order web orders within two business days. Once we have your order packed you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking via USPS. Most orders arrive 2-4 mailing days after they've been shipped.


BUNK BOX:
Every Bunk Box will be packed and stored at camp, and then delivered directly to your camper on the day that you select. Email confirmation will be sent after your camper receives their bunk box.

Something wrong with your purchase? No problem! We're happy to send a replacement or issue a refund for incorrect or broken items. Sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control. We want to make things right!
